Placing an Order
Placing an order
Add as many items as you would like to your cart while browsing our store. When you would like to proceed with the order - click your cart and then click "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method. Once we receive your order we will package it and then ship it on the next business day. (Shipping time may vary with high order volumes but we will let you know if delays are expected).
Can I update my order?
Orders do not ship until the following business day in the case a customer would like to update or change something. If you would like to make a change to your order please contact us at madebyjulietnaris@gmail.com
Please note that an order cannot be changed or updated once it has been fulfilled. Request for change or updating an order does not guarantee the request will be approved.
Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order please contact us at madebyjulietnaris@gmail.com and the reason for your cancellation.
Please note orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been fulfilled.
What is my order status?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation within 15 minutes. After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Where can I find my order number?
If you have created an account with us, after logging in, in your profile click "orders" and there you should find your order number.
How can I track my order?
Already have an account?
First, log into your account then select "Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packaged and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.
Don't have an account?
Thats okay! After your order is fulfilled and ready to ship you will receive your tracking number via email.
Please keep in mind to check all inboxes including spam/junk. If you did not receive your email with your tracking number contact us at madebyjulietnaris@gmail.com with your order number and name and we will re-send your tracking number again.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
We charge a flat rate of $9.00 for our shipping. At the time of checkout it will charge you the $9.00 amount. We ship with USPS as our carrier and currently ship anywhere in the United States.
When we package your order if your shipping costs more than our flat rate $9.00 we cover the difference. If your shipping cost is less than $9.00 after your order has been fulfilled we will refund the difference. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to show back up in your account. You will receive an email if your order qualifies for refunded shipping.
Where do we ship?

How is my package shipped?
We ship our packages through the United States Postal Service (USPS). This can take anywhere from 3-21 business days. At the time of fulfillment of your order we buy the shipping label that is covered by our $9.00 flat rate. If there are multiple options available covered by the $9.00 we will chose shipping that gets your order to you the quickest.
Our delivery times are only estimated and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once the packages arrive in the hands of our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.
Neither Made By Juliet Naris or the United States Postal Service are responsible for lost packages if your shipping address is entered incorrectly.
Made By Juliet Naris is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Taxes
For the United States taxes are applied automatically at check-out according to the state of the shipping address.
Review and Rewards
How can I leave a review?
An email will be sent 14 days after you place your order and will give you the option to leave us a review.
We welcome all feedback as it is how we learn and grow. All feedback is good feedback to us and helps us to improve the quality of our products and produce products that customers want to see in our store.
Why was my review deleted?
We encourage both good and bad feedback however explicit or inappropriate language or media included in a review will result in a review being deleted.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns
Our number one goal is to make sure that every customer receives the highest quality product and that they are happy with what they receive. With that in mind all inquiries for a return will be reviewed.
Request for a return does not guarantee a return will be approved. If certain criteria is met and a request for return is granted a customer will either be given a refund for the purchase or an in-store credit. If a return is granted, your refund or in-store credit will issue once the item has been sent back and received by our team. After the return has been issued please allow up to 5 business days for in store-credit to show on your store account or the refunded amount to show up in your bank account. If you do not see it by the 6th business day please reach back out to us so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for all items up to 15 days from the date of delivery of your purchase. Exchanges will only be granted if a product has not been used and is not damaged. For exchange requests please reach out to madebyjulietnaris@gmail.com. Customers are responsible for shipping fees if an exchange is requested. Request for an exchange does not garuntee that and exchange will be approved.
