My Order

Add as many items as you would like to your cart while browsing our store. When you would like to proceed with the order - click your cart and then click "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method. Once we receive your order we will package it and then ship it on the next business day. (Shipping time may vary with high order volumes but we will let you know if delays are expected).

Updating an Order

Orders do not ship until the following business day in the case a customer would like to update or change something. If you would like to make a change to your order please contact us at madebyjulietnaris@gmail.com

Please note that an order cannot be changed or updated once it has been fulfilled. Request for change or updating an order does not guarantee the request will be approved.

Canceling an Order

If you would like to cancel your order please contact us at madebyjulietnaris@gmail.com and the reason for your cancellation.

Please note orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been fulfilled.

What Is My Order Status?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation within 15 minutes. After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Where Can I Find My Order Number?

If you have created an account with us, after logging in, in your profile click "orders" and there you should find your order number.

Already have an account?

First, log into your account then select "Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packaged and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

Don't have an account?

Thats okay! After your order is fulfilled and ready to ship you will receive your tracking number via email.

Please keep in mind to check all inboxes including spam/junk. If you did not receive your email with your tracking number contact us at madebyjulietnaris@gmail.com with your order number and name and we will re-send your tracking number again.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 3-6 business days. During promotional or sale periods, kindly allow us 5-8 business days to process your order.



Orders will be dispatched via your selected shipping method at checkout through USPS.

Shipping costs are computed by our carrier based on factors including your order's total value, weight, package volume, and destination.

We do not currently ship internationally yet. Our shipping is US only currently.

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider,
arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service
that has been selected.


Reviews & Rewards

Just find your product on our site, scroll down and you will see an option to leave your review!

We encourage both good and bad feedback however explicit or inappropriate language or media included in a review will result in a review being deleted.

Returns & Exchanges

Our number one goal is to make sure that every customer receives the highest quality product and that they are happy with what they receive. With that in mind all inquiries for a return will be reviewed.

Request for a return does not guarantee a return will be approved. If certain criteria is met and a request for return is granted a customer will either be given a refund for the purchase or an in-store credit. If a return is granted, your refund or in-store credit will issue once the item has been sent back and received by our team. After the return has been issued please allow up to 5 business days for in store-credit or refund amount to show up in your bank account. If you do not see it by the 6th business day please reach back out to us so we can figure out why it is not appearing. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We accept exchanges for all items up to 15 days from the date of delivery of your purchase. Exchanges will only be granted if a product has not been used and is not damaged. For exchange requests please reach out to madebyjulietnaris@gmail.com. Customers are responsible for shipping fees if an exchange is requested. 

Where to Find Our Products

We are currently an online boutique only and do not have a physical location for customers to shop in person.

We are looking to expand and give in person shopping options to our customers.

If you are interested in carrying some of our products, you can fill out our "become a retailer" form.

Brand Ambassador & PR

What is a Brand Ambassador?

A brand ambassador is someone who represents our brand and promotes our products such as through social media. They are given exclusive discounts and free products in return for sharing and reviewing our products to new audiences.

Are ambassadors paid?

Our ambassador program is not a paid partnership program.

What perks do I get as a brand ambassador?

  • Exclusive Discounts: Receive special discount codes to share with your followers and use for yourself.
  • Free Products: Get early access to new collections and receive complimentary products in the form of "PR Packages" to showcase.

A PR Package stands for a public relations package and refers to a package that is filled with our products and is receivable to our brand ambassadors.

If you would like to receive a PR Package please apply to our ambassador program. The application form is located on our "Become an ambassador" page.
